There is no better way to see the city than by bike. It is just slow enough that you notice the little things, but it is fast enough that you can take all of it in. You can hitch a ride through the downtown area or the Mitte Cultural District, and when tis the season, Christmas light tours will be available or just take a sightseeing ride at any time of the year. Specific tours include museum admission. Gratuities direct to pedicab driver are kindly accepted.  

 

There is no set rate for regular (non-tour) rides. That means you get to make up the price. What’s a fair payment in this flexible “open fare” system? Our taxi service is Tips for Trips, so tip your driver whatever you think is a fair price for the ride...for the experience. (Most rides merit somewhere between the value of a sandwich or a pizza. Just saying.)
